For people the yard does not have on file yet. The office links the account afterwards.
If your address is already on the yard’s list you do not need to register: ask for a one-time link on the sign-in screen and that is enough.
Holding an account grants nothing on its own. The yard links each account to a member or to an authorisation over a boat, and until it does the account sees no boats, no bookings and none of the yard’s data.
